Northern Burlington County Regional High School athletes compete in the Liberty and Patriot Divisions of the Burlington County Scholastic League (BCSL), under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA). The BCSL league consists of public and non-public high schools covering Burlington County, Camden County, Mercer County and Ocean County in south/central New Jersey. Classified by NJSIAA (the New Jersey State Athletics Association) as a Group III/IV school, Northern Burlington athletes compete in most sports in a category that includes schools with enrollment of 802 to 1,104.
The schedule of games can be found on our website by clicking on “HS Schedule” or "MS Schedule" in the athletics dropdown main menu. This schedule is known as RSchool and is the preferred system of the Burlington County Scholastic League. It can be accessed directly at http://www.burlingtoncountyscholasticleague.org/g5-bin/client.cgi?G5genie=342&school_id=13. PLEASE DO NOT USE www.highschoolsports.net as a tool for determining a schedule. Once on the RSchool schedule website, select the team for which you would like schedule information. Directions to away games are available by clicking on the name of the school twice. This program will allow you to download the schedule to your Outlook and you can subscribe to receive updates in the event of weather cancellations. Click on “Notify Me” at the top of the screen to receive text message alerts.
To find out information about daily athletic games and for information about postponed or cancelled games, please check RSchool. Decisions about postponed or cancelled games will be made as early as possible, but normally no later than 2:00 PM. Any questions regarding Northern Burlington County Regional School District athletics should be directed to the athletic office.
Please note that there is a window of approximately three weeks for a physical packet to be cleared administratively, from the nurses office and by the school medical inspector. Physical packets for sports teams that have already selected teams may not be accepted. Efforts should be made to contact the coaches prior to the start of their tryout dates. Please access the most updated physical packet to reference openings for practices and games specific to a sport.
Please see the list of Anticipated 2023-2024 NJSIAA Start Dates. Please note that the dates are subject to change. Any questions regarding official start dates to individual seasons should be directed to our Coaching Staff.
