NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Education of the Northern Burlington County Regional School District at the School Board Office currently located at 160 Mansfield Road East, Columbus, New Jersey, and will be opened and publically read aloud on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 1:00 p,m., prevailing time for the following:

STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO AND FROM SCHOOL
2024-2025
Bid specifications and bid forms may be requested from the office of the Business Administrator/Board Secretary between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (609-298-390 X2003) or by email jmarkley@nbulington.com
Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form provided and must be accompanied by a Disclosure Statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders or partners who own 10% or more of their corporation or partnership.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements at PL 1975, c 127 (NJAC 17:27). If awarded a contract your company/firm will be required to comply with the requirement of P.L. 1975 c 127 (NJAC 17:27).
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
